i'm done tinkering with the mustang. i've reached the point where i feel i'm happy with it and what i've done to it. i just want to be able to enjoy my car and not always have to be working on it.

well at least for a year or 2.

so, i bought a new car. its not a mustang or a ford. its a nissan 350z. it came with a strong motor, header and tuned pipe. i already bought some cool things for it.

i know some people here will be interested when i post up the pics.

i'll post pics later today

thats awesome. those 350z's are pretty quick too. i knew a guy that had one with a twin turbo set up on pushing 550 horse at the wheels. it was pretty nasty and a neat little car.

They put out about the same hp as the new 05+ Stangs...and weigh just a little less. Sounds like a good track car platform.

What no brakes!!? Or are the factory brakes real good?

I have driven them as loaners. They are nice cars.

oh trust me big brake kit will come soon enough, but the 06's got the better brakes--non brembo, all the brembos are the same.

nate---the rev-up is the 300hp 7k rpm motor, its still the 3.5 just a little zippier. they started with anniv 05's and came standard on 06 with the 6 spd.

its a nitro RC. and its really fast. 80+ km/h out of the box. it has 4wheel drive too. i havent started it yet, still waiting on a few things. my cousins got me hooked when i say it for the first time.

my plans are to make it a serious drifting machine.

Well, that part makes sense now. I thought it was just a typo.

I would love to buy one of those, but they're just a bit too expensive for me. Especially when I need stang parts that cost about the same as one of those cars.

that may be so, but the newest 350z seem to be the most interesting, 2007 models at up, http://www.bad350z.com/350z_vq35hr_engine.htm the new engine makes even more power and revs even higher. and sounds like parts wont necessarily interchange internally that is
