Im New On Here 1995 Mustang Gt Need Help

I GOT A NEW COLD AIR INTAKE ON MY 95 MUSTANG GT 5.0 SINCE I PUT IT ON NOW MY CAR STOPS RUNNING. IT TURNS OVER FINE STAY RUNNING FOR A MIN THEN DIES. HAVE A ROUGH IDLE. TODAY I CLEANED IAC VALVE AND NOW RPM GO TO 1.5 IDLE SMOOTH FOR ABOUT A MIN THEN DROPS DOWN TO 1.0 WITH A ROUGH IDLE.. HAD MY STOCK INTAKE ON BEFORE I GOT THE NEW ONE AND STOCK ONE NEVER ACTED THIS WAY

sounds like you forgot to plug in something, like the maf perhaps. Double check all your connections.
