IM SOO CONFUSED ABOUT MY STEERING AND SUSPENSION PROBLEMS

I've got an '88 5.0 Lx i got all four tires changed after i did a front suspension rebuild; ball joints, bushings, and bearings the works after i sliped a ball joint. then it started to do drifting or floating thing to the right at highway speed . I've gotten it aligned 3 times. also the Toe, Caster and camber are all within specs. and there is no play in the wheels when you push or pull on them.

also now the steering pump or rack is making a bad whirring during turning the fluid is up and there is no air in the system. Does this mean that the rack is goin out or is the pump bad.

Does anyone have any advise.

Sounds like a tire pull, try rotating them.

Ford pumps are notorious for whining. I would let it go until it breaks because there is a good change the new one you get will whine too.
