Last night on my way home another stang ended up next to me, low and behold it was my buddy in his 425 rwhp 06 automatic stang with 4.10 gears. So as usual we messed around and I couldn't believe it but I actually pulled ahead of him every time we did a little run. He would catch up and pull by but I expected his car to just kill me from the start and fly by but that never happened. He then gave me the thumbs up and said "man you can drive that thing". We then pulled off our exit and went to D&D. He tried to give me the excuse that because it was hot out his timing was all messed up and he wasn't getting full boost. So I don't know what to think of this. The 05+ stangs don't weigh that much more then are cars right? I figure a 425 rwhp should kill my 240-250 rwhp car.
