I finished up the final details of the Isuzu NPR/Volvo Front Mount Intercooler Tubing and it is now in stock and ready to ship in case any of you are needing some for your projects:
2.5" Mandrel bent tubing for the Isuzu NPR and Volvo intercoolers mounted in the nose of SVO's, Turbo Coupes, and Mustangs. $150 shipped, $165 shipped with Forge/Bailey/Bosch style BOV tube.

Yeah, it's a go...should be ready in 6-8 weeks (intercooler fab takes longer than I was hoping).

Have a ballpark figure? If I ever find a turbo motor I'm sure I'll be shopping on your site.

you sure are a busy bee. stinger. never stop to amaze me!! why did you not go aluminum on the pipes?
I am curious about this intercooler to, how it will be placed and such.
both ports on passenger side?

I want a RS500 IC but 500 uk pounds is way to much for me. LOL conversion rates suck.

you should have stinger sprayed on the front of the IC's LOL that would be cool.

The intercooler position can be seen in the second pic...shows the inlet on the pass side and the outlet on the driver's side.

Couldn't go aluminum because it was too damn expensive...and it only saves about 1.5lbs...and it's alot harder to weld BOV bungs to, and....
