I was getting my exhaust done the other day on my 90 GT and when i was leaving the guy said it sounding like i had a spark plug wire loose or off. he said he heard some arcing. I checked under the hood that night and i could see voltage running through my spark plug wires mainly in the place where the wires lay on top of the a/c lines. Is this normal or do i need new wires? I have a msd6al if that matters. I haven't noticed the car spark knocking under strain or anything. Thanks for your help.

Yeah, time for new wires, and when you put them in make sure they are not laying on the a/c lines or touching anything else metal. You'll burn holes in them eventually cuz they want to arc to the metal they are contacting.
