Infamous Chirping Sound - Heater Blower

My heater blower motor is on its way out, sounds like birds living in my dash.I know everyone or almost everyone experienced, the chirp/burning smell in the vents. I know its coming from the heater blower motor, but I dont know what to replace. I was looking at parts for sn95, they dont seem quite expensive, does the heater blower motor come as in one unit. It looks really simple, few screws and a connection next to it.

Yes it's very easy. Access to it can't be any easier. Unplug harness, take out screws and remove it. You shouldn't have a problem.
