inspection in northampton county pa

i need some help guys...i have an off road h pipe and i need to go for inspection...its not that im too cheap to buy cats but i just dont want to go through the hassle of swapping pipes since i dont have a lift. does anyone know where i can go or does any stangneters have an inspection liscense?
