Call up a couple exhaust shops and ask them.
Tell them exactly what you have (v6 with Y pipe) and what you want.
Also tell them what you are planning on buying whether its a complete kit or not and go from there. Itll probably take n e where from 1-3 hours and shop rate is normally 60-85 and hour.
As far as the hood. If its just a hood then you can do it yourself 9with a friend helps0 or take it to a body shop it ll take about an hour to install. But if its a ram air style hood with air ducting then its going to take a little longer and they charge you more of course.
Find out if you NEED hood locks/pins b/c if it does and its got air ducting i heard that it took someone about 8 hours to install the hood locks and it was a major pain in the rear
