Instaling a One-wire powermaster alternator

Is this swap as easy as they say it is?? Just one wire from your alternator to your battery. Disconnect the voltage regulator (stock) and tie back the wires???

Yep it's just that easy, I have a Chrome 100-amp 1-wire on my 78. Much cleaner look under the hood. Your so close maybe we could hook up I'd like to see that 66. Have you already picked up the Powermaster if not PM me I have an alternative.

yes it is that easy. it is easier than the one wire conversion kit i used for my falcon and that was simple.

Do you have a 100 amp Alternator tree? I used to have one but I had to cut it down. I buried that alternator myself, back when it was just a 55 amp. Didn't take long before the 100 amp alts were falling from the tree.

Not a tree but a local shop that sells and repairs them.
