Hey everyone. I am probably going to buy an MRT catted H pipe. I have flows welded in to the stock CB, how is the installation? are there any special tools you need or is it just a basic bolt on? any problems or fitment issues? Will I notice a lot of a difference or just a little difference in the sound? any power improvements?

Thank you all

It should bolt right up easily. Only simple hand tools required. You will notice a gain because the stock mid-pipe is so restrictive, BUT since you just went with weld-in mufflers im assuming you still have 2.25" piping on your CB. So when you put that 2.5" mid-pipe on you are going to create a bottle-neck effect. You would notice more or a gain if you went with 2.5" piping all around. You will notice a pretty good difference in sound though

Does there have to be another part to connect the 2.5 mid pipe the the stock 2.25 CB? how does that work. Also I was thinking about maybe getting the SLP LM instead of the H pipe. What would sound better the mrt pipe and the weld ins or the stock H pipe and SLP LM catback?

Thanks

But if I had to go with one for now what would you recommend?
