installed the a'c delete (moves power steering to with a/c was), what happened was my brother needed to get his car out, i was blocking him, so he moved my car, but i didnt put the new belt on yet so he k turned w/o power steering, there was p/s fluid all over the floor and looked like it was coming from where the hose goes into the pump. question is could he of damaged my pump? i checked the fluid right after that it was real low and making whining noises when i turned the wheel. i didnt have any ps fluid but i had the lucas ps stop leak, i threw it in there and the whining ceased and i dont see any leaks my pump damaged?

The bottom hose is a return line with low pressure so probably what happened was the fluid came from the steering rack under some pressure with no place to go and found your loose hose clamp? Best guess. Those pumps are pretty tough.
Fill it back up and see what happens. They're cheap too.
