So I installed a Typhoon Intake on a 01 gt but now when i start the car it seems as if it smokes from the passenger side and it ticks ( ticks loud ). Now I'm thinking that the gasket didnt seal right. Just need to know what you guys think. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Not to sound like a d**k but you prolly should have researched the Typhoon, nobody really has anything good to say about them.

If you can, send it back and order the new Trickflow Intake which is much like the Bullit intake.

Good Luck

Does the bullit intake really have any performance over the regular PI intake? Is it worth the money?

Yes especially on Blown or Nitrous cars. The more power you make the more it will help you out. Like I said look into the Trickflow intake, if you try doing the actual Bullit intake your talking some serious $$$ like $2000-$2500. The Trickflow is like $800.

This is prolly going to be my next mod.....well maybe a built tranny, its going to go sooner or later then the Trickflow intake.
