Hello guys I picked up a set of AFR 165 heads (58cc, stud mount) and would like to know what everyone recommends for head gaskets and rocker arms. I was looking at the Felpro 1011-1s. Are these still good to go?
I have a Cobra intake and was planning on using the Felpro MS95952-1 for the intake gasket unless someone can recommend something better.
For the rocker arms I need a stud mount 1.6 ratio. I just want to make sure they clear my valve covers. I have these Ford Racing ones: Ford Racing Valve Covers
Head gaskets- Felpro 9333pt1...tried and true.
I used Flatout brand gaskets on my lower intake because they offered size to match my ports.
I run Comp gold series rockers and they clear my stock v.c. with baffles removed.
Thanks for the recommendations. After doing some research AFR has a section on their site where they recommend gaskets and such. So I'm going to go with what they recommend.
