Hey guys.. here is a list of everything I'll be installing a week from today

SLP Creamic Longtube Headers
SLP Short O/R X-pipe
Steeda Cat-back

I have a few questions maybe someone on here could answer for me... should I keep the stock gasket for the headers or use the aftermarket one that comes with it? What about header bolts? Also is there anything else I'll need to order for this install to go well? I have a week to do so. Thanks guys.

From what I have read that is going to be a very difficult install, especially the headers. Once it is all finally installed your check engine light when come on.

Personally, I would just do a cat back but I am pretty conservative when it comes to mods because: I like my car to run properly, my wife also drives it, and I want it to have some resale value.

Good luck

Don't be put off so easily. Yea the install might be hard, I don't know- I haven't installed LTs, but if all you've got is time, what do you have to lose? Or, if you're still "wimping out", take the $ saved from LTs and keep going for a s/c

I was going to attempt to do my full exhaust but than I gave in and paid a shop to do it.

Probably a good thing to do though considering a I have no leaks and the check engine light never came on. Next thing is a tune

I know that installation is going to be more than difficult, that's why my dad and his friend (both mechanics) are helping me. And we are doing it in their shop so we have access to a lift and other kinds of goodies. We have done all the work on my 2003 and lots of work on my 1995 stang when it was acting funny. I'm excited about doing it, I just want to be ready and have everything I need when the time comes. I'll be sure to post sound/video clips whenever I'm done, because I'm pretty interested myself in what kinda sound it's going to put out.
