im putting the h-pipe and cat-back on at the same time. would it be better to take everything off, then put the h on, and then the cat-back? or the other way around. also, i jus went to pep-boys and got a 3ton floor jack and 4 jack stands. where do put the floor jack to lift the entire rear/front of the car and then where do i put the stands to keep it there?

I think it might be easier to have the stands on the unibody mounts (iirc) they are right in front of the rear tires. they are like small metal protruding cubes lol.. if you look under there you will see them. There are similar ones for the front but behind the front tires... they aren't too much further in then the pinch-welds. To install the tailpipes you want some clearance to get the pipes over the axle so that is why you don't want to lift the car by the axle for the stands.
