I have an '82 Gt and pulled the dash out to replace Heater core and evap core. In the process I broke one of the tabs that holds the smaller harness on the speedo cluster. I was able to plug back in and all seemed fine. Now if I hit a bump hard enough my tachometer quits working. I cannot find a repair pigtail anywhere. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks
New here and hope I have posted in the correct place. Thanks P. Beckett

I suppose you don't have any pics of this plug.

No I don’t. If you are familiar with how the harness hooks to the cluster, it plugs directly into the cluster and no wires just a circuit ribbon it makes contact with. Two tabs, one each side hold that in. Tab broke and was great but lost some connectivity

You will need to find a donor car to acquire the connector shell.
The pins come out the rear with some help from a Jeweler's screwdriver. Some connectors have an odd colored insert that gets removed from the front side of the connector. This allows you to slide the wires out of the connector shell.

Other connectors require you to depress the spring wing pin that holds the pin in place from the rear of the connector.
