instrument panel issues

I love my Stang. With that said I have been noticing a few problems with my instrument panel and I am not sure if they are due to the weather or if the panel itself is going out.
Well I guess I should start with some back story I got my 05 GT in AZ in the 06, after a year I was sent to the Middle East. When I returned I was reassigned to Washington State...and all was good. Then winter came along and my instrument panel started to stick. At first it was just the tachometer and after the car warmed up fully and I restarted it would work just fine. Most of the time, there were also those occasions when I would get into the car and the tachometer would be stuck at something like 40000, in which case even after it warmed up it wouldn't reset but would be correct after a few days. However I have noticed recently the fuel gauge and oil gauge doing the same and they do not reset as the tachometer dose once it’s warm and I restart the car. So I am not sure if this is an issue that I need to look in to or if this is a normal occurrence.

I work for a dealer and i know customer cost for new gauge cluster will cost about $300 ,plus labor to reflash it. not totally crazy of a price IMO, and you could upgrade for 6 gauge cluster with mycolor (if you don't already have it....) I am going to be buying one for my car...I will sell you my standard 4 gauge (non-mycolor no message center) cluster for cheap if you wanted...I will have no use for it. after my upgrade. PM me with any questions...I have been researching gauges for awhile and now finally have all the answers from my technician.

i have the 6 guage mycolor set. so that would be kind of a down grade. the cluster is still acting up though and now the speedometer is sticking as well. hmmmmm i wonder what's causing that. i may need to just replace the whole thing.
