I can feel a huge difference in the mid range and I haven't seen anyone else say this yet, but my engine got really quiet on the highway when I wasn't on it. Almost like a good exhaust, when you take your foot out of it there is little noise minus that sweet rumble of my stock exhaust. How ever when you plant that right foot, you can hear my mill breathing deep and pullin hard. I say they made a little more difference than my Steed underdrive pullies, but they were much easier to install.
Great mod, I think it is a must as it also helps shifting when those stupid plates don't slap shut all the time.
i think steeda exclusivly sells them now... I've heard their good for 5rwhp on lightly modded cars... not bad for $130 or so but I'm waiting on the fast or C&L intake manifolds thats supposed to also replace the factory cmcv plates
They are definately worth it. They are one of those mods that don't make a massive difference by their selves, but it certianly adds up when you start doing other things like underdrive pullies and a driveshaft.
Bamachips dynotuned a set to the tune of 6-10HP all across the board, if I remember correctly.
You do have to get them through Steeda now, Ford can't sell theirs' anymore. By the way, don't forget to get a tune for them when you get them.

I think the claim is that you lose some low-end torque at partial throttle, who does that anyway? I think if you keep your foot to the floor it isn't an issue
