Is there any benifit to the Acufab Intake Elbow? How much would it help on a mostly stock GT? (I have X pipes on and I'd install the intake elbow when I put on gears and then get the whole package dyno tuned)

Do I need to buy a new throttle body with it?

There have been a bazillion threads on this lately. Here is only the most recent:

Yes, you will need a new throttle body. It is recommended to get a 75mm one (stock is 70 I believe).

I thought for sure you couldn't but I could very easily be wrong. I don't have these mods so I am not yet an expert. Didn't we have a similar discussion like this a while back on Eibach Sportline springs? haha

stock is 65mm. I run a 75mm, because they rule w/ a C&L tru-fit inlet pipe. I absolutely LOVE the inlet pipe. it fits perfectly, the tubing is big, and the filter size is huge. oh btw thats with the 85mm MAF.

the intake elbow, from what i've heard, causes the engine to lean out a bit more, but does deliver more air.

Yes! Actually 'elbow' is a more correct term.
