ok...so do i go with the UPR PowerTube Ram Kit for the 96 cobra or the JLT Ram Kit for the cobra?...any downfalls 2 either or y one is better than the other? any sound difference?

Personal preference I would go with the JLT. I have had no experience with the UPR PowerTube. A buddy of mine has an 98 cobra with a throttle body, catted x, and flows. I have seen the dyno sheet for a 13RWHP gain from the JLT Ram Air.
