Not unless you make adapter plates to compensate for the IMRC's and port match them.

As far as I know, no. The reason being the Cobra motors are DOHC, and thus the intake for the Cobra's must have their intake runners designed to flow the air to the DOHC heads intake ports. Where as the GT motor uses a SOHC design, and thus the intake ports of the SOHC heads won't line up correctly with the Cobra intake.

If you're looking for an aluminum lower intake for the SOHC 4.6ltr, just hold on a bit longer. Purple racing has already put their intake into production, so its only a matter of time before we see dyno numbers from it. Also, Hi Performance solutions is getting ready to release their aluminum lower intake. I'll be one of the first to get one, and I will do a before and after dyno test to confirm how much power in truly makes.
