I know I'm new here but that sounds like alot of bunk. Almost any kind of intake on the market today plus the exhaust set-up you have should not require bigger injectors, fuel pump, etc. UNLESS you are planning on going for big HP like with a power adder, etc., in the future. Then you will probably want to upgrade the components you mentioned at that time. Also, most aftermarket MAF's are calibrated to work with larger injectors while others are OK with stock ones (like the C&L MAF housings).

What are your goals for your car? Drag racing? Street machine? You will probably want to write down all the mods you have in mind and make a "car plan". A list will help keep you on track toward your ultimate 'stang.

you don't need bigger injectors until you get near 300rwhp and you aren't near that point yet.

Stay with the stock injectors unless you add a blower. The 19 pounders can handle a lot of HP, but at 300 rwhp is where I would start thinking about it. Essentialy, you run witht he stock ones untill you start getting lean and a tune can't fix it. Larger injectors also means a different MAF too, don't forget.
