hey guys, i got a question for you that i can't seem to find an answer for.

I really want to keep my NPI heads. Yes i sounds crazy but i want a challenge and something different. So my question is will the after market intakes that are for the PI heads work on my car if I buy adapter plates? How about the RTV method? what would a non-pi car see for HP increase if this is possible. THANKS AGAIN:SNSign:

I have my npi heads ported and polished and I had my water passages on the heads welded to fit the pi intake (only 40 dollars). I had to grind the welds down as close as I could ( I work in a toolroom so it was easy ) but the gasket seals about 500 thousandths I think. The water passages are what is different from pi and npi, I would defintely have yours ported and polished too if your going to do this, to get all the performance you can. Otherwise Livernois motorsports has a whole kit for the npi heads that comes with everything you need ( adapter plates, pi intake, gaskets, etc) for around 500.

You don't need any adapter plates, and you can use any PI intake.

Go with SVO or Bullitt intake. If you've got ported heads and an after market cam, look at the Logan intake.
