Intake to head gasket question

today i stuck my fel-pro intake to head gaskets onto my GT40p heads and noticed that the gaskets are slightly smaller then the openings in the heads... i really dont want to spend more$$ on different gaskets. will it be fine to "trim" the gaskets a little?

Should be. I did that on my intake when I first installed it and had no problems.

Later get the Felpro 1250 gaskets.. cool!

Cutting the gaskets is perfectly OK....
