My 1971 Mach1's interior backside panels are really dirty. I have owned for 3 years and have tried dawn with hot water, 409, armor all some other car interior cleaners. None seem to get the dirt out. They may put a little shine on but not clean.
I have no idea how many owners or where it has ever been stored.
Seats look good.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I bought the steam cleaner from Harbor Freight and it really cuts through the grime. My 89 sat for 10 years in a parking garage and was really grimy all over. Steam cleaner and 409, Simple Green and this stuff called Roll Off really cut through the funk. Like all things HF, I’m shocked it’s still working a year later, but it does! Behold the power of steam (seriously)

If TUFF STUFF doesn't get it clean, you're probably going to have to resort to steam as @gearhead77 suggested. Another option if you don't want to expose the panels to heat is to get a drill brush and use that with an interior cleaning product.

Amazon product ASIN B0009PCPNQView: https://www.amazon.com/Tuff-Stuff-350-Multi-Purpose-Cleaner/dp/B0009PCPNQ

If those three can't get it clean, it's time to resort to drastic measures like using dye as a cover-up (which will look exactly like it sounds) or calling in an expert upholsterer or detailer.
