It's possible, but a better alternative I think would be to run on over to WalMart (Wally World) and buy one of Hoover's "The Clean Machine". It's a wet vac designed to pull stains out of carpet. Maybe $40 - which you'd pay (at least) to have someone else try it. It comes with stain remover, and with the seats out, you can give it your best shot. And, after you've spent the money, you'll still have the machine to use on carpets, around the house/apartment/dorm, etc. I've found that I removed stains from my wife's car seats that the BMW dealer couldn't get out.
