im using the corbeau seat brackets but with adapter plates since the bolts dont line up correctly. The corbeau brackets seem to be much sturdier than stock plus they are supposed to lower the seat which I've read is a major complaint of using stock brackets with the summit seats.

The front of the seat will sit up high with those brackets. You will see what I mean when you put them in. I plan to remove mine and cut off the front floor mounting part of the bracket to drop the front down. Then just bolt it back in without those little "feet" on the brackets.
Looks great man! Are any of you guys running the Summit seats? I thought about getting them cause they're cheap, but if they're terribly uncomfortable or built poorly I wouldn't waste the money. Keep in mind I only drive my car a couple thousand miles/year in the summer and usually for not more than 60-90 minutes at a time.
I will be using summit seats. They look good, I can't comment on how comfortable they are since their not in yet. I found them on craigslist for a really good deal so I couldn't pass them up. I should have them in soon if I can ever get these brackets drilled.
The summit seats look nice, but are firm. Good seat for the price, but no where near as soft/comfy as stock seats.

Nice job on the car. As for the passenger airbag not fitting correctly, I too had the same issue from a dash I bought out of a wrecked car. I didn't realize this was going to happen until I installed everything. The way I fixed it was I took a good length of 2x4, about 24" or so and with the passenger seat out, I kinda knelt down in the rear seat area and used a heavy duty sledge hammer on the wood. It only took a few small swings to get it right on the money. Oh, and you'll need someone to hold the 2x4 for you and trust that you won't smack their hands with the hammer!
