Interior restoration

I wan't to replace the torn and blackened cloth seats in my 94 gt convert with the factory leather covers. What kind of work am I looking at? It doesn't look like I would need a upholstry shop to do it. Just a good staple gun and some patience . Has anyone done this before?

Never done it, but I know you can buy the leather covers from Year One and other places for around $600

if the seat covers are like most seat covers that i have seen all that you should have to do is slide the seat cover onto the seat frame with a long piece of plastic that is sew into the new seat cover. best thing i could say to do is pull your passenger seat out and just take a look at it to see if its do able. good luck
