After redoing my lower intake for the 3rd time its all sealed up.

Car was fine for about a week. Now randomly it will stop spark and or fuel for about 1-2 seconds then kick back up again. This is random at any rpm and independant of TPS and Maf voltage.

Things Checked:
Maf voltage is good
TPS is good
Fuelrail tight
No fuel leaks
No vacume leaks
O2 sensors are cleared does it when them turned on or off.
Dry gas and fuel injector cleaner in the tank in case i got some bad gas.
Everything is connected good. I have one wire behind the coil that backed out of its casing... not sure what this is but i shoved it back in and seems to be connected, this may be the issue, maybe not.

Possible causes:
Anything attached to the wire harness around the lower intake, injector plugs, dizzy, cap rotar, wires, coil, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. Seems like it could be any of these things even just a dirty or bad connection the last time I put everything back together.

How do you know you lose spark and fuel? From DLing?

If you happen to have a spare dizzy, I'd try it out. The PIP is responsible for base fuel injector and spark timing, as well as keeping your fuel pump running after the prime-out.

Good luck.

i have a buddy with a near stock 95 gt, i can swap some parts with him to see if i can find the problem,

Going to swap the coil soon, changing the oil again. I could hook up with him this weekend and swap dizzy.

What and where is the PIP, is that the Grey plastic plug on the passenger side?

Data logging shows....

O/2's are off when i test this

18=max lean on my graph

A/F 14 14 14 14 14 14 16.6 18 18 18 14 14
Maf 1.5 1.5 1.5 1.5 1.5 ---------------------------> 1.5 1.5

Can run fine for 2- 10 min then cut out like this then go back to like nothing is wrong.
