I'm actually having the exact same problem and have changed the belts and pulleys and am still having the squeal when I start it and then it stalling when the car is either slowing down or stopping (makes a super loud squeal right before it stalls). Did you ever find out what was the problem with yours so I can possibly lead the mechanic in the right direction? Thanks so much!!
