Im looking to upgrade, possible a 03'cobra or CTS V.

just wanted to get some opinions on what I could look to get for a 99' GT with 66K miles. is 10K a stretch, I think i like the car more than what its worth.

10k is probably reasonable. Really it depends on the market, some places (states, cities, towns) people are willing to pay a lot more than others.

BTW, CTS-V is baller fo sho...but the rear end will be DESTROYED if you drive the car hard for any appreciable amount of time. They throw half shafts beads at Mardi Gras.

10k is a very good price for that car. mine in my sig went for 11k (however that deal also included throwing in my 91 GSX) but it has 94k, a eh paint job, and weird noise coming from rear and a whining tob. i would pay 10k for your car.

btw some banks use high resale value when doing a loan, which according to KBB on mine was still 12.5k.

not having had a car payment for 3yrs+ the $450/month im looking at is giving me second thoughts about selling.
I think maybe a supercharger would hold me over for a yr till I save some more,
never having had one and not wanting to spend crazy amount can anyone tell me if this sounds good http://www.jmschip.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=530 or is that more than i really need or is it lacking something. thanks

what are you looking for? performance or luxury?

if you decide on performance, i would drop the Cobra idea and just get an MPH twin turbo kit for your car. you'll make more than enough power to make you happy.
