Yea, I tried pushing my mustang up a slight hill one time, I might as well not even been there. Couldn't imagine if that car would have fallen on someone!

Depending how many miles are on the car and how it looks, I replaced my pivot stud and release lever also the clutch cable. For the amount of money these things cost I think it is worth it. Also don't forget to put some high temp grease on the TOB shaft and a little on the face of the TOB where it contacts the pressure plate. Now might be a good time to replace your tranny output seal as well. To get the tranny back in I had to lift up on the vibration damper at the front of the engine to get the splines of the clutch disc to engage the tranny input shaft. All of this can be done on jack stands, which is the way I did it, but I would never recommend using wood blocks like in the pictures, yikes! If you are filling your tranny through the shifter hole after everything is in, make sure you INSTALL YOUR DRIVESHAFT FIRST. Otherwise your first liter of expensive synthetic ATF will be all over the floor. Now this is the hardest part for some, break in the clutch properly, stop and go traffic, no hard launches, etc.
For anybody looking to do this there is a ton of info out there, I used search on this site as well as google, buy a haynes manual its a cheap investment.
