Drivetrain Is it another bad throw out bearing?

I have a 2004 Mach 1 and after having a new clutch kit installed the TOB was squealing, so the shop that did the work (a highly reputable Mustang shop) bought and installed a Ford TOB. Same problem. It doesn’t do it (chirp) at idle and doesn’t do it immediately when it’s cold, but after driving for just a couple minutes it does it every time I try to drive it.
So my question is: What else might be causing this? I mentioned maybe it’s a failing motor mount or transmission mount, but my mechanic didn’t think that is the issue. Anyone have any experience, any thoughts, ideas? It does have a fairly new clutch cable, and a Steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster, and he’s adjusted it.
