I like the dodge conquest. Really a cool looking car. I'd put stroked Windsor in one or a lsx swap either one it would scream.

If you're talking about the car in the vid that I should've been punished by the law for,The Conquest had the same TT R block'd 363 that the EZ street car ended up having when I converted it to methanol and a single 95mm turbo.

Once I got out of jail after I put that engine in it that is.
(because It was punishable by law to do that to an anemic broke-assed, no engine'd shell of a bonafide japanese could've been Ricer)

Keep the flaming to a minum fellas. We've had enough drama on this board in the last few day to last us well into the New Year.

And personally....I think a black on black '96-'98 Cobra is one of the sexiest looking Mustangs built.

I was not poking fun. I like those cars always have. Don't see them often. I would do a swap on one. I love the blue they had on the late 80's model.

I think '94 to '98 look great. They're more feminine than the '99-'04. Its not everyone's cup of tea, but, I love the swoopiness, and I love the hips.

FWIW, I got rid of my '03 GT and bought a '94 GT to replace it. Call me crazy!

It took awhile for the 94 body style to grow on me. After driving a 95 gt for awhile I liked it. Smooth ride comfy and more luxury than my fox. I shoulda bought it.

I used to have a starion...I miss that car even though I bought it as a roller and sold it as one.

But back on topic, 94-98 will only catch my eye if it's a cobra...The rest look too bland.

I absolutely love the 94-98 style. Sexy as hell. Only ones I don't like are anything produced 70-78

Oh I agree with you. I've always liked those cars since the day I first saw one when it was new. But just like the roller you bought, the two engine-less ones I bought both ended up that way because of the weak assed prone to cracking head they came with.

While I'll cop to the paint job on the Starion being a little un-orthodox, the Conquest was a straight forward blue/black two tone. Using the mitsu blue paint 5.0DT is talking about:

I renamed that car Raptor, And had this graphic made up to tie in the name that one of the graphic designers at EA games drew for me as part of the payment for the TR3550 that used to be in it before I put the turbo motor in it.

W/ a full round tube 4 link back half, w/an a/w intercooler mounted under the dash where the heater used to be. Fully tubbed w/ 295 M/T drag radials.
(a really major mitsu lover/madmike hater offense, lucky I didn't end up doing some serious hard time for that one.)

That blue Dosent look like the blue I'm thinking of. This was a bright Atlantic type blue.

A high school friend had one just like that one. Loved that car.

I like em, not as much as a fox, but i'd still like to build one someday. Plus you can fit 325's in the stock wheeltubs.

I try. I really do. I've tried squinting, looking at them sideways AND upside down. But no matter what you do to a 94-98 mustang body I think it looks like ass. Probably the ugliest iteration the model has ever had to endure w/ the exception of the 74-78 atrocity 20 years previous.

I'm not picking on anyone in particular, and despite that, I know I'll probably get the requisite " well I'm not in love w/ your's either" responses. But to me it seems like the car is akin to "Smelly Uncle Ernie" at the annual family reunion.

Nobody really likes him, but whaddya gonna do? He's family

i was very disappointed with ford motor when they changed the body style in 94 to something that to this day i don't find appealing.i was so disgusted with the look and performance of these cars that i didn't really appreciate what a nice looking car the 03 and 04 cobras were.it wasn't until the 05 mustang came out that opened my eyes to the mustang again.the only thing that i like out of the 94-98 year cars is the interior .

And since I give equal weight to your opinion as you do to mine, how bout you just keep the ones directed to my threads to yourself? I promise never to comment on any opinions you may have on yours.[/QUOTE]

So let me get this straight, you go out of your way to insult a group of members here on stangnet by letting them know how ugly their 94/95's are, but you don't like me commenting on the piss poor paint jobs you run?

I have no issue with a ford engine in a starion, i loved mine, and yes it was a POS. I would do a 302 in one.
But you insult the 94/95 yet run that tribal band paint job. Kinda hypocritical.
So you lack taste, but insult someone elses, i got it.

I don't love all mustangs, but i don't feel the need to go so deliberately out of the way to stir things up as to making a brand new post about them, knowing damn well sn95 owners read here because they do have 5.0 liter drivetrains.

You don't like my comments, don't start a thread. It is a message board you know?
Next time i start a stupid ass thread that is purposely meant to insult people, feel free to comment.

I think it's pretty much true with literally any car out there. You can take a minivan and lower it and put the right wheels on it, and it'll look good for a minivan.

The '95 R is one of my dream cars. They're not my favorite body style but i can't say they're all ugly.
