Hey guys ive had my stang now about a year and a half. When I bought it it felt like alot of other cars on the road were sooo slow and I barley had to press the gas off lights and minivans and stuff would just go away.. It just doesnt feel that fast anymore, I feel like i need to apply alot of pressure to the gas to get ahead of minivans etc who are just driving regular.. Is this just my imagination?? I dont have any lights warning or othersuch bad indicators..

change the plugs , air filter, fuel filter etc. , unhook the battery for a few minutes to reset the computer . then get back to us if that helps .

You've simply gotten used to the car, my friend. I know it sounds weird, but it's true. I first noticed it with motorcycles. My first street bike was a 400 and I thought it would be "all the bike I'd ever need." Now I have a 750, and it's too small. Next one will be a 1200.

My GT is the same way. When I first got it, I had been driving a 2000 V6 Stang (now my wife's car), and I thought the GT was soooo powerful. Now I wish I had gotten a Mach I because I'm used to the power of the GT and it's no big deal anymore. Even if I had bought a Mach, I'd wish I had a Cobra...it never really ends.

Speed is an addiction. What's the cure? Start modding.
