if the engine has been takin care of and you get a proper tune. but if you decide to build more hp, you will eventually need forged internals.

yeah just keep the boost normal..and have it tuned well

I was thinking this SAME thing "98FaudGT" I think when i do the PI head swap though, i'm gunna forge the $#!t out of the engine, and eventually use NOS instead of boost. I haven't quite decided yet.
Personally....if you have like $4-6k for a supercharger, you probably have another grand for forged internals....and thats just plain safer, IMO. Thats why i think i'm going that road. I def don't have money for an engine rebuild!

BTW, we have almost the same car check the sig

iv always heard ( from chevy guys ) that the higher amount of miles on the car the better it is for a blower..
