Initially when I saw a couple of drops of antifreeze directly below the water pump, I thought that was the problem..

After I ran the car at 2k RPM's before the KOER test, here is what I found...

have you checked your cap yet? a cap that can't hold psi can squirt and flow out coolant.
if thats not the case also check the upper hose for any cracks or pinholes.
after you check those and they arent the problem then replace radiator.

Go the the local auto parts store and rent a coolant system pressure tester. Test the cooling system, you will get you answer. If the radiator is the problem it will show + any other spot. good to do it after the new one is in if it is the radiator to make sure you get everything.

The coolant is directly below the radiator, so I thought that was the problem. If you click on the picture, it will blow up and you will see what I mean.

I haven't checked the cap though.. Where would it "squirt out"?

It tooks like it is leaking at drain, or hose on top. Take the radiator out and take it to a radiator shop, and have them pressure test it.
