Its hard to tell b/c all your pics are at an angle. You need one that looks at the car from the side and you can see the front and the back. From what I have seen in the pics Id have to say that it is not lowered. Mine droped about 1 1/4 to 1.5 inches all the way around when I lowerded mine, You can deff tell when its been done.

just measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender wells and compare withe someone with the same size tires front and rear.That will tell you if it is at least lowered. I cant see many people changing the springs if they weren't going to lower it. The picture appears to be in the not lowered catagory, but your pictures are poor. The camera should be directly from the side and be well lit so that you can see the clearence above the tires.
