is my valve cover broke?

alright, in THIS picture, the upper valve cover, the fitting on it, it runs to the intake tube through a plastic hose.

on my car the fitting is removable like a pcv valve, and i'm wondering if its supposed to be that way or if something of mine is broken.

It is a friction fit and it is known to leak a bit of oil there sometimes.

were can i get another fitting at?? mine has cracked from the oil .and likes to pop out of the valve cover

the top valve cover is ok. the one in the bottom of the pic looks like it's got one of the fittings cracked off.
