Is the F150 block the same

I was given an engine out of a F150 I was thinking of using the block for my motor build is it worth it

4.6 then yes it's the same block (Windsor if you want to get technical) and will work in your car

just an fyi, 4.6 Truck engines can be either Windsor or Romeo

would the fact that it had the two coil packs as opposed to the COPs be an issue given the fact that all i am using is the block
