This is what I got I'm guessing the annodized AL part is exclusive to the shifter design and not interchangible? Anyone want to buy a race handle?

Buy the whole shifter if you don't already have one, you'll love it. I have one on the Tremec 3550 that is in my Mustang, and it is a real plus addition. The stock 3550 shifter has a long throw, and the MGW shortens it up very nicely.

Never had a reason to consider changing other than all the kudos everyone has for the MGW. I'm keeping it until I upgrade from the T5.
