Is there a way to turn off the dome light in our cars?

There are times when I want the light off when I'm sitting in the car with the door open at night, or if I don't want the light to come on in general. I can't find a switch or anything though! I hope I'm not just stupid and am missing something obvious.

thats the only choice. also you wont find a switch, it is one with the door latch. if you ever have a problem with that light staying on and killing your battery spray some wd-40 on the latch and close the door 40 times or so to fix it.
