I'm putting my original 1.7 cobra rockers on tonight. I noticed four of the pedestal stands are cracked in half and two of my rockers don't move very well. I took the fulcrum out and found a wear spot on each. Has anyone else had these issues? Is there a better replacement for the stock stands?

The only way I have ever seen them break is if the person installing them installed them wrong in that the folcrum in the center of the rocker has a flat side and a rounded side, if the flat side is facing the pedestal and the bolt is tightened down they'll break everytime. I know because I did it. They should NOT break otherwise.

100% agreed with Paul. Did the same thing myself!! I don't feel quite so bad about it now that I know that some others have done it too
