i have a 68 Stang with Global West suspension with the upper arms dropped 1" and their 620 front springs that have been cut a little.

When I jack up the car and the wheels come off the ground,as the suspension sags, the front springs can basically fall out. If the shock wasnt in the center, it would fall out. When I release the jack to lower the car back down I have to guide the coil springs back into the poly spring isolators on top.

It handles like a dream, and everything works great.
is there something I can adjust or do to fix this. or is this normal for a car with shorter spring and lowered A-arms .

Limit straps on the upper arms???

Yep, mine too. Try jacking up one side at a time if possible as this will help in some cases.

I have been using 2 hydraulic jacks under each control arm. I have plans for a strap. I found a tailgate strap kit at checkers I'm thinking of trying to use. I'm just lazy.
