So I bought a 3rd member for my 8". I pulled the axles to start installing it and saw this. The axle bearing collar was rubbing the housing. Is the housing still ok?

UPDATE: I think its ok. They guy before me had 2 seals forced up in there. That was real fun to get out. That rubbed bit in the housing was the first of the 2 seals. Guess I'm getting axle bearings done while its out.
