On my stock 94 GT. Just removing the stock mufflers and just have the 4 cats.. its a way to improve the sound and I've seen it done before actually.. I was just wondering if their are reprocussions besides loss of a little torque.

Is it safe.. Can't see it hurting much except for maybe a good tone.. and maybe allowing more gases to enter the pass. compartments..

So i should expect a worse sounding stang ? The guy that did it around here didn't have a bad sounding car... allowing more gases to enter the pass compartments ??

My friend did that in his '93 just dont hang around idling in one spot for to long or you'll get light headed and goofy... or sick :p Even going down the road with the windows down it could get bad, but when they where up it'd go away, weird airflow under the fox lol.

Are you referring to exhaust coming into the cab ?

man, i never had any of these problems with my 95. All it had was the 4 cats and no mufflers. I had a few people ask me if the exhaust was stock because it sounded really good. Now i have off road h pipe and 2 chamber flows. Maybe this could just be a fox thing?
