Is this the gauge i need?

I have an 88 5.0 engine in there, is this the right gauge to replace the factory one?

There is no factory fuel pressure gauge.

what he said, but if your buyin it see if it is electrical or mechanical and if electrical, if you get the other parts with it.

well ****, he has one on there i guess he put it on afterwards. great now i gotta figure out whats what with it.

one can use a diagnostic FP gauge - a gauge that stays under the hood is more likely to break or read out of calibration over time. Toss the diagnostic gauge on when you need to check pressure and otherwise, put it in the toolbox.
