Have you upgraded your fuel pump yet ? If not, you might want to consider that. It could be starving on the top end.

I'm running 35lbs w/24lb injectors, with 15* initial timing. That seems to work fine.

I second the stock MAF setup for testing. You'll lose out up top, but the car should still drive fine. For timing I run 14 degrees without the spout and 44psi of fuel. I think 30's are a little big for your mild combo. You really just need to get someone who knows behind the wheel to feel it out.
