Remember, anything that's painted can benefit from the same wax/polish you use on the outside. Also, 95% of what you see on mine was done just by spraying degreaser on a rag and wiping up the dirt, then spraying tire foam on and wiping it off. If you've ever gone to look at a used car and was amazed at how clean the engine bay is...well they don't do too much more than that. They might spray it with degreaser and power wash it off but i guarantee you they use tire shine somewhere along the line (or something equivalent).

You all are nuts. If a bunch of rich people with nothing better to do than give me 2K+ for a carwash and wax want to give it to me, you better believe I'm taking that gig. what's better than working on a car all day and getting paid to do it. Hell that's a great job even if it is only detailing. I wouldn't have any problem being know as the guy who is good at washing cars if I could make bank at it. Hell yeah!

I can't believe you guys are all over him. Sure it may be rediculous, but people are paying him to do it and he's making crazy money! If there is a demand for a service - SOMEONE will supply that service - it's basic economics.
